These terms apply to cleanersrapidcity.com and the Bernstein Pristine Cleaning customer-care text messaging program. Text messages are used to respond to active or recent service requests, ask service and property qualification questions, coordinate estimates or appointments, provide service-related reminders and updates, follow up on an active or recent request, and request feedback or a review after service.
